DAVAO CITY – Davao Oriental Gov. Nelson Dayanghirang has lauded the Nationwide Process Power to Finish Native Communist Armed Battle (NTF-ELCAC) for the financial improvement of the province’s 32 insurgency-free villages below the Barangay Improvement Program (BDP).
