A Russian courtroom sentenced 4 members of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, the US-based evangelical motion, to 6 years in jail for “extremism”, investigators stated Tuesday.
The 4 adherents of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, who hail from town of Chita in japanese Siberia, had been discovered responsible of organising “extremist” actions between 2017 and 2020, the Investigative Committee stated.
