MANILA— Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida expressed resolve to proceed financial cooperation with the Philippines throughout a phone dialog on Friday with President-elect Ferdinand Marcos Jr, Japan’s embassy in Manila stated.
The cooperation covers infrastructure growth, together with railways, and the Subic Bay growth, in addition to safety and coast guard regulation enforcement, the embassy stated in a press release.
