Russian President Vladimir Putin mentioned on Thursday that Moscow’s “army operations” in Ukraine had been going “in response to plan” and he praised his troopers as heroes.
“I need to say that the particular army operation is continuing strictly in step with the timetable. In response to plan. All of the duties which have been set are being efficiently resolved,” he mentioned, per week after Russia despatched tanks and troops into Ukraine from the north, east and south.
